We love sweets and even more so if they are prepared in one of Hearthstone Cookware’s cocottes or frying pans.

Let’s travel to the United States to make a version of the delicious recipe by Dulces Felicidades of the traditional Cinnamon Rolls.

For this recipe you are going to need:

Ingredients Quantity
Milk 300 ml. for the dough
Fresh yeast 25 gr. for the dough
Sugar 75 gr. for the dough
Butter 75 gr. for the dough
Flour 500 gr. for the dough
Salt 1 teaspon for the dough
Brown sugar 3 tablespoons for the filling
Cinnamon 1,5 tablespoons for the filling
Egg 1 for the filling
Icing sugar 100 gr. for the icing
Water For the icing


  1. Warm the milk in a bowl and dissolve the yeast in it.
  2. Add the sugar and the butter and mix well with a whisk. The butter should be soft to make this step easier.
  3. Little by little, add the flour and the salt.
  4. Kneed the mixture well and shape a ball with it. Cover and leave to rise half an hour at room temperature.
  5. Flour a surface to make it easier to stretch the dough. Shape it into a rectangle.
  6. Preheat the over to 220ºC.
  7. Mix the brown sugar and the cinnamon and spread it over the dough.
  8. Roll the dough up and cut into little rolls measuring around two fingers thick.
  9. Place the rolls in our 24 cm Diamond frying pan and brush with beaten egg.
  10. Bake for around 10 minutes at 220ºC or until they are golden.
  11. Let them cool on a wire tray so that the icing can be poured over them.
  12. Prepare the icing by heating the icing sugar little by little and adding water. It should become a paste that is not very liquid, just enough to be able to pour it over the roll.
  13. Finally, put the icing on our cinammon rolls and return them to our 24 cm Diamond frying pan.
