In order to purchase products on-line, a method of payment that is valid at this moment must be chosen. We accept payment using the following credit or debit cards: Visa credit or debit cards, Mastercard credit or debit cards, American Express, Switch/Maestro debit cards and Electron Visa cards. We do not accept payment in cash or by cheque on-line.

Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return a product acquired on our web site, please contact our Customer Services Department within 14 days of the reception of the order to arrange the return process. Fill in the form, which is available on our web site, under the Contact tab, specifying the reason: “on-line sales support“. Returns of the articles acquired on the HearthStone Cookware web site will be processed by the normal collection service, which will be scheduled by our Customer Services Department. We are not responsible for packages that do not reach their destination. We are only responsible for the postal charges for the return of wrong or faulty articles.
Returns made on customers’ requests that are not for wrong or faulty articles will have a collection cost. This amount will be subtracted from the financial refund of the product.
The product must be accompanied by the purchase receipt. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with the accessories or gifts included according to each case and with all the labels attached to its original packaging. After checking the condition of the product, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used by the customer. We will process the refund as quickly as possible. However, at times of high activity, refunds may take between 7 and 15 days to be processed.
If we discover that the returned articles are not in acceptable sale conditions, we reserve the right to refuse to make a refund.
Remember that we are only responsible for the postal charges for the return of wrong or faulty articles.
We are not responsible for packages that do not reach their destination.
