Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return any product purchased on our website, please contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the order to process the return process. Returns of items purchased on the website hearthstonecookware They will be processed by the usual collection service, which will be scheduled by our Customer Service Department. We are not responsible for packages that do not arrive at their destination. We are solely responsible for the postal costs of returning wrong or defective items.
Returns made at the request of customers other than for wrong or defective items, will have a collection cost of €9 per order. This amount will be subtracted from the economic return of the product.
The product must be accompanied by the purchase receipt, be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with the accessories or gifts included, as the case may be, and with all the labels attached to its original packaging. After checking the status of the product, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used by the customer. We will process the return as soon as possible.
