Potato recipe with homemade brava sauce

On other occasions, we have already commented on the usefulness of the saucepan cast iron series Diamond of HearthStone Cookware to make a good frying and, today, we dare with some potatoes that we will accompany with an exquisite homemade brava sauce.


For this preparation you will need the following ingredients.



 


PROCESSING OF POTATOES WITH HOMEMADE BRAVA SAUCE




  1. We put abundant oil to heat in our saucepan Diamond.




  2. We prepare the potatoes to fry them. We recommend peeling and dicing them.




  3. While the potatoes are frying, we can start preparing the brava sauce. The first thing we will do is poach the onion and garlic over very low heat in our skillet Diamond.




  4. Add the cayenne pepper and the colouring, then the sweet and spicy paprika. Here we will choose the amount depending on the result we want, if more or less spicy.




  5. We add the tomato that we will have previously crushed, season and put a little sugar to balance the acidity. We will let everything cook for about 10 or 15 minutes.




  6. Finally, add a splash of vinegar, put the sauce in a blender glass and blend.




  7. We already have a homemade brava sauce ready to serve with our chips.




 


RECOMMENDATION OF USE: It is recommended to use wooden utensils and sauces that are crushed in the blender glass.
