Today we propose an exquisite dessert in which frying is the protagonist. Therefore, we will use from our series Diamond the skillet for frying and, on this occasion, the saucepan for the preparation of the dough and the filling.

PREPARATION OF CHOCOLATE STUFFED BUÑUELOS




  1. We begin to make the dough for the fritters by sifting the flour into a bowl.



  2. We add the yeast.

  3. Next, put the 3 eggs in another bowl and beat vigorously.

  4. In our saucepan Diamond we heat the milk with the sugar, the pinch of salt and the lemon peel. It is important that the shell does not have any white because that can make our preparation bitter.

  5. When it starts to boil, lower the heat and add the flour and yeast. Stir until the mixture begins to separate from the walls of the saucepan.

  6. Then, without stopping stirring, we raise the heat a little and add the beaten eggs little by little.

  7.  With the dough prepared, it is time to fry the fritters for which we put plenty of oil to heat in our skillet  Diamond.

  8. When the oil is very hot, we will help ourselves with a spoon to take the dough and start frying our fritters. It is important that we do not make too many at once so that they do not stick and that, when we finish frying, we put them on a piece of paper to remove excess fat.

  9. Next we will make the filling. To start we will heat the cream in the saucepan.

  10. When it starts to boil, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the chocolate in pieces while stirring with a few rods until completely dissolved.

  11. We put the cream in a pastry bag and begin to fill the fritters.

  12. Finally, sprinkle icing sugar over the filled fritters and enjoy!
