Let the utensils cool down before washing. Do not submerge or fill a hot utensil with cold water, as it could damage the enamel due to thermal shock. To remove any food that is stuck to the dish, fill the pan with hot water and leave it to soak for 15-20 minutes. Then, wash and rinse it in the normal way.
